In short: the tool's code, design, and brand belong to ParqueMedia. Your documents stay yours and are not published. If you think something here infringes your rights, email us.
1. Our content
The Contract Explainer (the "Service"), including its software, design, and text, and the "ParqueMedia" name and wordmark, are owned by ParqueMedia LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from them except as the Terms of Use allow.
2. Documents you submit
You keep whatever rights you have in the documents you submit. The Service does not publish, display to other users, or host submitted documents. Submit only material you have the right to submit. Many contracts and policies are written by someone else; submitting one you have lawfully received in order to understand it is your responsibility to assess.
3. Third-party materials
The Service uses open-source software components under their respective licenses. Names and marks of other companies that appear on the Service belong to their owners and are used only to identify them. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
4. Reporting a copyright or trademark concern
If you believe that material appearing on the Service infringes your copyright or trademark, email JDonline94@outlook.com with the following:
- a description of the work or mark you believe has been infringed;
- the address of the page on the Service where the material appears, with enough detail for us to find it;
- your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or are authorized to act for the owner; and
- your physical or electronic signature.
We will review complete notices and remove or disable access to material where appropriate. Knowingly submitting a false claim may expose you to liability.
5. Repeat infringers
We may block access to the Service by anyone who repeatedly infringes the rights of others.
