Accessibility Statement

1. Our commitment

ParqueMedia LLC wants the Contract Explainer (the "Service") to be usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. A tool meant to make documents easier to understand should itself be easy to use.

2. What we aim for

We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as our working standard. We have not obtained a formal third-party audit, and we do not claim full conformance.

3. Measures taken

• Form fields have text labels connected to their inputs.
• The page can be operated with a keyboard, and focused fields and buttons are visibly indicated.
• Text can be resized using browser zoom, and the layout adapts to small screens.
• Concern levels are shown in words, not by color alone.
• The collapsible group of lower-concern sections uses standard browser controls that assistive technologies recognize.
• Page structure uses standard headings and landmarks.

4. Known limitations

• Results appear on the page as each section is reviewed, and some screen readers may not announce each update automatically.
• Text extracted from uploaded PDF files may be out of order or incomplete, depending on how the file was created.
• Scanned documents and images of text cannot be read by the Service.
• The dark color scheme may not suit every user. Browser reader modes and high-contrast settings can help.

5. Feedback and assistance

If you have difficulty using any part of the Service, or have a suggestion for improving its accessibility, email JDonline94@outlook.com. Please describe the problem, the page or feature involved, and the browser and assistive technology you are using. We will make reasonable efforts to respond and to address the issue.

6. Ongoing work

Accessibility is reviewed when features are added or changed. This statement will be updated as the Service changes.
